Our aircraft had a 2-4-2 layout. My partner and I found the legroom acceptable, while the screen felt small. The meal was ordinary, but I liked the red-velvet cake.

Transit in Hong Kong

Our bags were checked through to Bali, but different instructions about the next boarding pass meant walking back and forth in the airport. The night flight and transit were more tiring than expected. Confirm baggage and boarding-pass arrangements for your actual ticket.

We paid extra onboard for business. We were first assigned separate seats, then moved together. The fully reclining seat let me sleep from after takeoff until just before landing. The meal remained an economy meal. Paid changes and inclusions depend on the flight.
